📊 Transkrip Nilai SMA
Transkrip asli atau notarisasi seluruh mata pelajaran SMA. Bukan Mandarin/Inggris → wajib notarisasi. Disarankan menyertakan keterangan skala nilai. Nilai UEC/A-Level/AP/IB/SAT/ACT boleh dilampirkan sebagai tambahan.

📋 Skor CSCA (China Scholastic Competency Assessment)
Wajib untuk SEMUA pelamar (beasiswa maupun mandiri, program Mandarin maupun Inggris). Unggah skor saat apply. Mata ujian berbeda per program:
• Program Mandarin: Math, Physics, Chemistry → soal dalam Bahasa Mandarin
• Civil Engineering (Inggris): Math + Physics → soal dalam Inggris
• Architecture (Inggris): CSCA wajib
• MBBS (Inggris): Math + Chemistry → soal dalam Inggris

🏥 Formulir Pemeriksaan Fisik
Foreigner Physical Examination Form (dalam 6 bulan terakhir). Download di website Tongji. Lakukan di rumah sakit resmi sesuai item yang tercantum.

💳 Bukti Pembayaran Biaya Pendaftaran
Bayar via sistem online saat submit aplikasi. Jika transfer offline/online banking → upload foto/screenshot bukti transfer. Pelamar yang belum membayar tidak diproses.

📁 Portfolio (Khusus Arsitektur & Desain)
Pelamar program Architecture (Inggris & Mandarin) dan Design & Innovation wajib melampirkan portfolio karya. Lihat persyaratan lengkap di: Supplementary Application Materials for CAUP and Design & Innovation. Upload di kolom "Portfolio" di sistem aplikasi.

👤 Dokumen Wali (Pelamar <18 Tahun)
Berlaku bagi yang belum 18 tahun sebelum 31 Agustus 2026. Wali harus tinggal di daratan China dengan penghasilan tetap.
• Wali WNI China: KTP + rekening koran ≥ 100.000 RMB (valid s/d Jan 31, 2027) + Guardian Guarantee Letter
• Wali WNA: paspor + non-student residence permit (valid s/d Jan 31, 2027) + rekening koran ≥ 100.000 RMB + Guardian Guarantee Letter

📄 Dokumen Kewarganegaraan (Jika Berlaku)
Wajib bagi mantan WNI China yang telah naturalisasi: bukti perolehan kewarganegaraan asing (sebelum 30 April 2022) + rekam imigrasi masuk-keluar (sejak 30 April 2022) + Letter of Commitment.
Wajib bagi WNA yang lahir dari orang tua WNI China: bukti kewarganegaraan asing sejak lahir + rekam imigrasi + Letter of Commitment.
